We're looking for an energetic individual to fill the role of Café Service All-Rounder at our Arab Street Flagship Store. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment . You have a cheerful and sunny disposition and have no problems starting a conversation with our guests. You are a natural SMILER . You are willing and able to upsell our wide-ranging products. Experience of at least 2 years in a restaurant or cafe preferred. Minimum qualification: “O” Levels

Responsibilities

  • Assist the restaurant manager
  • Greet and usher customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Get to know our products in-store and online
  • Explain menu items to customers
  • Engage in conversation with customers and brighten their day with warm service
  • Take customers’ orders and suggest, upsell and explain
  • Prepare drinks and pastry orders, paying attention to special requests, etc
  • Ensure all customers are being looked after and to follow up
  • To keep and maintain a clean and sanitised environment and stations
  • Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
  • Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate


Working Hours

  • 5.5 Days including weekends and PH, no dinner service

Salary

  • Subject to experience
